Contracting and Contract Management
As part of our contracting and contract management services, Sultran is able to procure and manage all third party relationships and goods required to transport and handle bulk commodities from point of origin to marine terminal loading.
Our contracting services include management of:
- Rail transportation services
- Rail cars – inspection, maintenance and cleaning
- Product sampling and quality testing
- Stockpile surveys
- Marine terminal services (unloading rail cars, movement to storage, loading of vessels)
- Certification of marine terminal and vessel cleanliness and corrosion reports
- Certified draft survey and required moisture analysis
- Supply and application of dust suppression and/or other required chemicals
- Maintenance of surveillance and chemical application systems
- Transportation and terminal related legal services
